cyclical events

Google Trends is ultimately useless, making one wonder how many millions they pumped into its development, but it’s cool as a novelty nonetheless. I found it interesting to try to find cyclical events that manifest themselves in people searching for them, and other ways to just make cool graphs:

• hurricane
• christmas tree
• full moon
• august, september, november, december
• 2004, 2005, 2006
• halloween, thanksgiving, christmas, easter
• cicadas (this one would be more interesting if there was more data)
• mosquitoes
• barbecue
