I found this funny, quoted on Bruce’s summary post of the indictments:

Counts 3, 4, and 5 allege that Ford “did knowingly intimidate, threaten, attempt to intimidate, and attempt to threaten an individual,” with one of the counts referring to an undercover FBI agent and the others to unnamed individuals.

I am all about the legalese, but how exactly do you UNknowingly “intimidate, threaten, attempt to intimidate and attempt to threaten an individual”?

Maybe that can be his legal defense – it was all an accident, see – when he said he was going to shoot the FBI agent, see, it just came out wrong.
