i hate you yimg

Through my casual browsing of flickr, day to day, I am noticing a distinct correlation between the appearance of yimg.com (read: Yahoo!) urls, and appalling slowness.

I hope this is temporary as they move stuff to Yahoo’s infrastructure, because it’s unbearably annoying.

I’ve noticed the same thing, particularly with img.yimg.com. This is really starting to piss me off since I’m actually paying for an account there.

OMG I hate yimg.com! All Yahoo sites take forever to load because of that crap. You’d think high-profile sites like Yahoo! Finance would load in a reasonable amount of time… ha!
