Bush to meet with Rumsfeld:

President Bush will meet soon with Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld and his top military commanders to discuss the situation in Iraq, where violence is escalating.

Now that things are getting really bad in Iraq (who could have seen that coming?!), I, for one, am very glad to see our President take the extraordinary step of meeting with his Defense Secretary.

Because, you know, uh.. apparently he’s .. not normally doing that? WTF?
