nashville immigration march

Downtown Nashville will be playing host to an immigration march/rally tonight:

The march, organized by the Tennessee Immigration and Refugee Rights Coalition, will start at the Coliseum at 6 p.m., cross the Woodland Street Bridge and follow Union Street to Sixth Avenue North, ending up at War Memorial Plaza for a rally.

“We think this will be the biggest event in the South,” said David Lubell, state director of the coalition. Lubell said he expects 2,000 to 4,000 participants.

Come on out and show your support.
