28 Feb 2006Well, this makes me feel good. Amanda and I had some just roast chicken for dinner tonight and it was just sliiightly undercooked, but hey, what’s the worry, right?
Well, now of course I see that the USDA has announced that chicken salmonella rates are up nearly 80 percent.
That’s a lot of percents.
I am sorry I tried to kill you with my chicken. We really need to get another meat thermometer because overcooked chicken is nasty and undercooked chicken is poisonous.
