misunderstanding
26 Dec 2005Much as I am amazed that people continually misunderstand science, so too am I amazed how people fail to understand the US Constitution. The bit about the establishment clause aside – how can this guy say “Let us all let the majority rule.” in the context of our constitution and not immediately succumb to head-explode-itis?
UPDATE: Bonus irony points for the fact that the title of the blog actually has “liberty” in it.
Well, it’s “creative liberty” – I think this means that they’re tired of the liberty established by the Constitution, and they just want come come up with new, exciting meanings of “liberty”.
