Tempura Soba. The perfect food to eat on a blustery fall day – such as today! Benkay and Ichiban both have very good tempura soba.

Nashville is seriously lacking in the soup arena.. We need some sort of soup-nazi type place. The best place I know of to get really good soup is Wild Oats. That’s sad.

Mmmm… soup. When I get soup hungry I usually go to an Asian place. Few other restaurants can be counted on to reliably serve soup.
