I am a big user of RSS, obviously. I have a question. Is there a good RSS feed you guys use for news? In general? I am interested in US and global news both.

I have been unable to find an RSS feed that is usable. NYT, Yahoo, BBC – all these RSS feeds are nice and all, but they update with about 15,000 copies of the exact same story over the course of the day. I don’t have time to sift through all of these entries to find the few that are actually new. Suggestions?

I mostly use NikkiNewsNet as a supplement to NPR. It’s usually a once-a-day digest, but sometimes has breaking news as well. Warning: also sometimes has news from Canada.

Also, I get pretty much all my news from Wonkette. Sad, I know, but they do post lots of links to actual news stories.
