I am back from a whirlwind trip to Iowa for a wedding. I am too delirious to write much of value, so, in the meantime, these are a sample of the words that my retard friends did not believe were real words over the course of our car-trip word game:

* exculpate - should be familiar to Law & Order fans, eg, exculpatory evidence

* eponymous - should be familiar to REM fans, since they named one album that, and many bands have at least one eponymous album

* ecumenical - I’m at a loss for a pop culture tie-in for this one.
