i’d like absinthe if i could just get past the taste. just thinking about it makes my lips quiver.

J’adore absinthe. I’ve only tried the fake stuff from Germany, but I still love the whole experience: the mystique, the ritual, and yes, even the taste.

I wish I could get my hands on the real stuff.

Just drive to Canada. I tried some but didn’t like the taste of it.

I’ve never had it, myself. I have though recently taken to a few liqueurs – ouzo in particular. So, I might like it.

I’m not advocating breaking the law, but if one were to break the law in this specific manner, I’d like to request that you think of your dear Aunt B., who rather enjoys adventures of questionable legality.
