02 Sep 2005Does anyone know if you can actually buy the Lifestraw yet, or if anyone is distributing it? I can’t figure out from their website.
It seems like these things might be incredibly useful for the New Orleans area right about now. But, maybe not – is the water down there too toxic for even these things?
Dunno, but last time I was looking at camping types of stuff there were small tablets that you could drop into a container of water that supposedly killed off all the nasty things to make it potable.
