Blanco said part of the population in the Dome are
people “who do not have any regard for others.” But
“many good people” also are living in the Dome, she
said, including mothers with babies.
What does this even mean? It doesn’t give any context.. I wonder what she is talking about?
The context here is mounting violence in the Superdome.
I thought you’d like to know that CNN has finally abandoned the rough riders framework: “Blanco said that conditions were deteriorating rapidly at the Louisiana Superdome – the refuge of last resort for thousands of people who could not evacuate the city.”
