That means – (applause) – that means helping those poor souls on the continent of Africa deal with HIV/AIDS. We’re, by far, the most generous nation when it comes to helping people ravished by the pandemic of AIDS. We’re working with people together to make this world a better place.

Yesterday, asked about the Britain-advocated initiative to double aid to Africa, Bush had this to say:
“It doesn’t fit our budgetary process.”
